By using the Future Solutions website or engaging Future Solutions for services, you agree to these terms. This document is a starting template and can be customized to reflect final business practices and signed client agreements.

2. Services
Future Solutions provides website design and development, landing pages, hosting, maintenance, conversion rate optimization, SEO services, lead-generation systems, AI and automation implementation, and digital consulting. The specific scope for each client is defined in that client's service agreement.
3. Recurring Plans and Billing
Services are generally provided under recurring monthly plans (Starter $300/month, Growth $350/month, Pro $400/month) or a custom agreement. Plans bill in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled in accordance with the applicable agreement. Annual billing is based on the selected monthly plan and the applicable agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate business information, content, and timely feedback needed to complete work, and to hold the rights to any materials they supply.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership and license terms for websites, code, and content are defined in each client's service agreement. Future Solutions retains ownership of its underlying tools, frameworks, and processes.
6. No Guarantees
Future Solutions applies professional practices in design, optimization, and SEO. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, conversion percentages, or revenue outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
