Future Solutions can provide managed hosting for websites it builds and maintains as part of an active recurring plan. Hosting is not offered as a standalone service for third-party websites unless separately agreed. This document is a starting template and can be customized later.
Active plans include hosting, SSL/security, and the maintenance level described in the selected plan. Additional work outside the plan scope may be quoted separately.
Future Solutions works to keep client websites available and performant. Brief interruptions may occur for maintenance, upstream provider issues, or events outside our control. No specific uptime percentage is guaranteed unless stated in a signed agreement.
Routine backups are performed for hosted client websites. Restoration requests are handled on a best-effort basis as part of standard maintenance.
Hosted websites may not be used for unlawful content, malware distribution, spam, or activity that jeopardizes server integrity or other clients.
Content changes and website updates are provided at the frequency described in the client's plan. Larger redesigns or new feature builds may require a plan upgrade or separate scope.
Clients may cancel in accordance with their service agreement. Because hosting and maintenance are part of the recurring service, hosting ends when the plan ends. Transfer or export options for site content are handled per the client's agreement.
