Future Solutions Website & Hosting Terms

Future Solutions may provide managed hosting as part of the Customer’s selected plan. Hosting includes reasonable efforts to maintain the website environment and keep the website accessible. Hosting does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Depending on the plan, maintenance may include:

• Website updates
• Text changes
• Image changes
• Technical updates
• Minor layout changes
• Performance improvements
• Troubleshooting

Major redesigns, extensive new functionality, custom applications, or substantial development may require an additional agreement or fee.

Future Solutions may select the hosting provider and technical environment used to operate the website, and may change hosting providers when reasonably necessary to improve reliability, security, performance, or service.

Future Solutions will use reasonable measures to protect websites within its control. However, no website or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customer is responsible for protecting its own account credentials and notifying Future Solutions of suspected unauthorized access.

Customer should maintain ownership of its business domain. Future Solutions may configure the domain to point to the hosting environment. If Future Solutions registers a domain on Customer’s behalf, ownership and transfer arrangements should be documented separately.

Where supported by the hosting environment, Future Solutions may configure SSL/HTTPS for the website. SSL certificates may be supplied through the hosting provider or another third-party service.

Website hosting does not automatically include business email unless expressly stated in the Customer’s plan. Customer’s business email may be provided by a separate provider such as Google Workspace or another email service.

If Customer ends service and wants to move the website to another provider, Customer may request a website transfer or migration. Transfer availability depends on:

• Website technology
• Hosting environment
• Third-party software
• Licensed assets
• Proprietary systems
• Technical compatibility

Migration services may be subject to additional fees.

Some Future Solutions websites may contain proprietary templates, frameworks, systems, code, integrations, or software. Customer does not automatically receive ownership of Future Solutions’s proprietary technology simply because that technology was used to build Customer’s website.

Websites may depend on third-party services. If a third-party service becomes unavailable, changes its pricing, changes its API, or discontinues its service, Future Solutions may need to replace or modify the affected functionality. Additional fees may apply when replacement requires substantial development outside the original scope.

Customer represents that it has the necessary rights to use:

• Logos
• Photographs
• Videos
• Text
• Testimonials
• Trademarks
• Certifications
• Other materials supplied to Future Solutions

Customer is responsible for claims made through Customer-provided content.

Before or after launch, Customer may be given opportunities to review the website. Customer is responsible for identifying incorrect business information. Once Customer approves the website or uses the website publicly, Customer accepts responsibility for reviewing the information displayed on the website.

Routine content changes may be included depending on the customer’s plan. Large content projects, major redesigns, additional pages, custom applications, or new functionality may require additional fees.

Future Solutions may suspend hosting when:

• Required payments are not made
• Customer violates the Agreement
• Website content creates significant legal/security risk
• Customer uses the website for prohibited activity
• A third-party hosting provider requires suspension
• Suspension is required by law

Future Solutions will provide reasonable notice where appropriate and legally permitted.

• Future recurring charges will stop where applicable
• Hosting may end
• Website access may end
• Customer may request available transfer/migration options
• Outstanding amounts remain subject to the Customer Agreement
• Non-transferable third-party services remain subject to their respective terms

Future Solutions may retain limited account records as reasonably necessary for legal compliance, accounting, tax records, payment disputes, security, contract enforcement, and business records.

Customer should maintain copies of important business materials.

Future Solutions does not guarantee:

• Specific website traffic
• Specific lead volume
• Specific sales
• Specific revenue
• Specific conversion rate
• Specific search-engine ranking
• Specific advertising performance
